The wood
Currently, we receive raw lumber from Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. The wood we buy is primarily hardwood cants. The lumber is sawed to size here at our facility and then used to make the pallets.
The process
We manufacture the majority of our pallets on automated nailers. This process helps keep the pallet consistent with specification and cuts lead time down due to quick manufacturing. We have automated nailers for stringer pallets and block pallets.

- Custom design: licensed with the Pallet Design System (PDS) to engineer a pallet for your load and show you how it will carry.
